Partnering with the family-owned, award-winning homebuilder Endurance Homes, Platinum’s diverse offering was utilized to great effect in this elegant, understated custom home. Platinum executed a full-envelope insulation package, applying Foam Insulation throughout the home. In several of the interior walls and mid floors, Fiberglass Insulation was installed, minimizing noise transmission between rooms and floors. 5/8" drywall was installed throughout the home, and ceilings and walls feature smooth finishes. Adding to the sleek, modern aesthetics, mud-in light fixtures and mud-in air conditioning diffusers were installed, creating a completely trimless and unique, recessed appearance on ceilings and walls.
