Founder of Platinum Premium Drywall + Insulation, Eduardo Padilla is a passionate leader with 30 years of industry experience and strong relationships with custom builders and discerning clients. Known for his high standard of excellence, Eduardo is a charismatic, strategic partner in all projects, aiming to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding service with every opportunity. When he’s not investing his creativity and expertise into field and office operations, Eduardo can be found attending a Dallas Cowboys game with his wife, Karla, and their three sons.

VICE PRESIDENT (AKA “LA JEFA”)

Karla Tamez leads all daily office operations, effectively overseeing Platinum’s team members and directing the organization’s internal and external efforts. Her administrative responsibilities include developing policies and procedures as well as managing and mentoring staff. With a graphic design background, she commits herself to ensuring Platinum’s brand matches its high-quality service and professionalism. Karla is a Proud Texas Longhorn Mom, who enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with Eduardo, their three sons, and their four dogs.

FRANCISCO GRADO

CHIEF OF OPERATIONS & SERVICE

Responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, Francisco Grado brings 25 years of industry experience and a reputation for excellent service to Platinum. He works closely with key team members, helping them execute daily tasks, achieve project goals, and deliver estimates, budgets, and proposals to clients. Married with 5 children, Francisco is an active member of his church, teaching Bible lessons to young people and playing guitar in the church band on Sundays.

CREDIT & ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

With 20 years of industry experience, Maria Alvarez manages Platinum’s financial transactions, ensuring that all financial records are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Her excellent customer service, combined with her sense of humor, enables her to build strong relationships with clients and service providers. Outside of work, Maria loves watching Sunday football games with her husband and two sons.

ON-SITE SALES REPRESENTATIVE & ACCOUNT MANAGER

Neil Lima brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and a wealth of sales knowledge to Platinum. He applies his charming personality and excellent communication skills to generate new leads, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and ensure all projects are completed to Platinum’s high standards. When he’s not in the office, Neil enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and camping with his wife and daughter.
